Eclipse Super was formed following the September 2007 amendments to the superannuation legislation. These amendments allow super funds to borrow for investment purposes as long as they use an 'instalment warrant' arrangement. Eclipse is a specialist provider in this highly complex area, and has been providing compliant  SMSF trust deeds and borrowing structures since inception. 

Experts from the fields of law, commercial finance, accounting, and financial planning were involved in designing the Eclipse structure. The end result is a unique offering with a major competitive advantage over others - access to standard lending products at standard lending rates.
